Goal

Redesign the product page template on Innisfree Australia’s main Shopify Website to make it easier for users to interact with and buy products.

Impact

Delivered a full redesign of the Product page with a detailed plan of action for implementation and rollout.

Approach

Research and discovery

Conduct a detailed report on how the current page template is performing, by observing website analytics, session replays, and comparing with industry competitors, and present to client to get help prioritize problem areas.

Wire-frames

Create an outline of the main elements and interactions that address the previously agreed upon issues in a form that we can validate internally.

Mockups and prototyping

Create a more accurate visual representation of the previously outlined features with actual assets, fonts, and styles, to communicate some of the more detailed aspects of the experience both to client and developers.
